Our team members have previously worked at well-known investment banks both domestically and internationally, including Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Bank of China International, and CITIC Securities International. We have led the completion of over 40 Hong Kong IPOs as Sponsor and over 20 US IPOs, as well as more than 10 onshore and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and various types of financing projects.

Our founder possesses years of experience in equity capital markets in investment banking and has been involved in over 30 Hong Kong and US equity capital market issuances to date. She has been deeply involved in numerous leading Chinese companies' overseas listings, covering various types including IPOs, follow-on financing, rights issues, and private placements.

In terms of execution, we take overall responsibility for IPO projects, leading and coordinating the work within the team and among intermediary teams, managing the overall timeline, driving execution progress, and making judgments on and solving key issues. In terms of investor engagement, we specialize in stock issuance projects for Chinese companies in the Hong Kong and US markets. We lead the formulation of marketing plans, have well-established investor resources, and maintain close interaction with top institutional investors.
